Actually it depends on what device your using because I deleted the game and when I re-download it I had all my save data (mind you im using a Samsung/Androids) but the only way you could've lost your data is if you went into your files and deleted everything from there then that would be one of the reasons you lost your data but I think you can only do that with Androids aka Samsung.
I'm having trouble with Emma's 12-heart(?) date. It says to set it up, but whenever I go talk to her, the option isn't there. I have version 0.14, and I'm on android, if that helps.
You can look at her profile to see if you already set it up, but if not, you might need to progress the main story further before you're able to ask her out.
i recommend that you fix the text in emma dating cause everyone is confused about it and replace it with "Progress with the story" until its available.

It's such an amazing game. I had so much fun playing it, really a hot but at the same time wholesome game. I was in love with the characters, very good writing. Can't wait to see what's next in the story.

how to trigger beach vacation scene with emily? i unlocked the first 2 (lisa and rose) then rose with cabin (station) i never trigger vacation scene with emily.
I only got Lisa's. How do you do you get Emily and Rose's scenes? I followed the discord hints, and nothing triggers on those days. Is this a one time event and then you miss it? (If so, that should be stated)
I noticed several changes, including the pregnant option no longer being visually represented with chains and Astra's previous green pregnant option now appearing as a black box as are everyone else, so now i cannot track who is pregnant and who is not. Additionally, I miss the history button in the dialog, as it was helpful for revisiting previous conversations when I needed to reread.
It would be great if you could introduce a button to hide the user interface. This feature would allow us to enjoy the images and animations without the distraction of the text box.
I’m excited to see that I can now date Emma, though I was disappointed to find that there’s no option for additional interactions with her to have fun.
On a positive note, I appreciate the new feature that allows us to gain more stats.
I also observed that I can no longer ask Luna about the tamed girls, and I must say, Freya looks awesome in her adventurer outfit. Thank you for creating a new map for the fox girls' village; it adds a great touch to the game.
Lastly, there are many girls who you cannot choose to do normal sex such as Astra and Layla aside from the first time of getting them pregnant, and speaking of things... I havent found any way to get the girls to give me handjob.
Pregnancy currently doesn't do anything, so I hid the label to not confuse/bait new players into thinking it's there, when pregnancy is actually implemented, those labels will return.
About the history button, I can add a version of it back, no problem.
There currently is a button to hide the UI, it's "H" on PC, and on Android, it's a button called "hide" at the bottom of the screen. On a similar note, I did add a way to toggle just the textbox in the settings in v0.15.
I know that Emma feels like it's progressing a bit slower currently, but she will get more content soon.
Luna's talk about girls felt a bit unneeded, so I temporarily removed it until I find a better system/way to implement it.
Yes, not all of them have multiple repeatable scenes, they will of course get them in time, but in the meantime, there's always the gallery.

you could try reinstalling the game(but make sure to backup your saves before doing so).

That quest should trigger on its own when you go to sleep.

It's not a scene, it's an exit screen that appears if Naomi is the girl with highest 'stats'

No, updating doesn't ever require you to restart anything.
