I'm having some trouble unlocking the gallery with Rose corresponding to the holiday with just her. I know I unlocked it in a previous play through. Some hints would be nice.
If you mean the cabin holiday, then just go to the living room in the morning when she's at 9 or more hearts, and you slept with her a few times. After that, you can wait for her at the train station.
It has been awhile since I had played. Where am I supposed to go again for the strange letter? It just says visit that site, but I am not sure where to go.
Rose never visited, her hint is still "I should wait for her to visit me after i wake up." I finished the content otherwise, even got the threesome content with Emily and Rose. But for some reason either the event doesn't trigger or her profile is not uploaded. I think an event doesn't trigger, because i can't recall any automatically event in the morning right after sleeping with Rose.

The 0.4 update changed the waitress I chose for the bar from Chloe to Nora. Is there a way to change it back without restarting.
In the patch notes, I mentioned the reason why it’s Nora, and the reason why I changed it

You unlock her by working for the company
so i don't know if i just missed it or it's not in 3.1 but i never got the beach scene
if you mean the Emily, Rose, and Lisa beach scene, then it's possible you missed it, but I am making a repeatable for that in v0.4.0
