If the quest says "That's it for the current game version" then it's intended, if the quest is telling you to do something and you can't then it's a bug so please let me know more about it.

I'm almost reach 100 days playing this game and right now I'm stranded in island with Lisa..is there anyway to get out? What's the crystal in the cave used for? Is possible to tame the Quila and Kora?
I have 40 GB space left I did restart my phone and deleted the new tried again then as a last effort I deleted the old thinking maybe it was just failing to update the stuff and I don't mind starting again but it didn't work
How do i complete the last quest to reach astra? And is there some way to tranfer your save file from an old version to the newest version of the game on Android?

I do not control that, so the problem might be your connection or Itch.io itself.
If on PC, you extract the new version into a different folder.
If on Android, you download the new version and run the .apk, this should ask you if you want to update.
In both cases, the saves will stay
seems to be a bug where doing the new update pushes everybody back a stage and nobody is pregnant according to the character details screen.
No worries, It's not a bug, pregnancy is just getting reworked and is coming back first thing after the island arc
I like the stetic of the game and the girls obviously jajaja i hope see this game on Steam one day i will buy it :)

If you download the newest version and run it, it will ask you if you want to update, that should keep your save
