I had quite a big bug in the previous version but it's fixed now,
I would HIGHLY recommend loading from the save just before the Island Arc if possible!

I've been waiting since 0.7.0 thanks for the recent update

So what does this pregnancy do? I see they get marked a pregnant but do they actually grow as the days progress or no? When it comes time for them to give birth what happens to the kid? What all changes when they become pregnant?
Nothing for now, they're just pregnant, not belly or kids yet, all that comes in the future
I suppose I was asking what where you thinking of implementation of it. Like will the belly's show pretty quick or is it closer to the real time frame and if they have a kid how will it change the story kind of deal
I won't spoil how the pregnancy will work, but it will be an optional thing, so the main story won't change much
I do have to wonder if it will be similar to "Corrupted Kingdoms" by TheArcadean, and a small quick mention that they lost their Paetron account cause Paetron didn't like the children existing in a NSFW game.
is anyone else having problems extracting the file? even after unblocking it it wont extract

Yes, translations are being worked on, so they will come in time.
how do i get these events to start? also how do i get them pregnant ive been trying for a while
You get events to start if they're at enough hearts to miss you after you return from the island.
For pregnancy, you just have to talk to them whenever, and if they're at enough hearts, then there will be an option to talk to them about pregnancy.
Is there a place i could aquire a save just before the island arc? Since ive said under a previous post that I've lost all my progress due to losing my phone. I've been playing since version 3.0

what if i don’t have a safe from before the island? I don’t think i have more than 1 save tbh. I kinda always use the same save unless i’m certain that the choise made will highly affect the story or if i’m doing an extra run. Does this mean i need to start over and grind everything again?
No, you can play your normal save, nothing breaks if you do.
Also, can you please let me know what you mean by grind? Since there's no grinding in the game
well i did ‘grind’ a lot of money i think before 0.7 release dunno if the money is even needed anymore or even available been a minute since i played. And ok i just wanted to know wether i needed a restart or not. It would not have mattered but it is beter to be able to continue in stead of restarting.
The money does not need to be grinded as it's not yet needed in large amounts, so no worries.
But I understand your concerns, hope you enjoy the new content once you play again!
In earlier versions, everyone was pregnant before I went to the island.
But now loading a save in 0.10.0 (from before the island) has the pregnancy locked on all the girls when it should be green.
Is that a bug or did they get un-pregnant and its availability got moved to later?
Yes, its availability got moved to later, but it's already possible for a few of them in v0.10.0, but after you get back home
Deniam you need to check when working both on the Company and Bar every time you work it'll send a bug report
